Insanity is a very intense workout to say the least but it does i've gotten results out of it before. In the group section there is an insainty group that can you join and they are very helpful in answering questions, and are very encouraging. :smile:

yes, our pets sleep with us, two cats and one dauchshund. and they take up alot of space. not to mention they are toasty prefect for winter nights. :laugh:

Ihave to agree they are probably aliitle jealous. If you are happy with the way you look, then thats all that matters. There is nothing wrong with having muscle and toning that muscle. Good luck!:wink:

hi i finished my 1st week yesterday. I did not realize how out of shape I was until I started this round of insanity. I was huffing and puffing through all the workouts. :cry: oh well next week is a new week.:happy:

This week has been pretty good. I had to take wednesday off because I was totally exhausted, but I picked it back up in tthursday. Today and tomorrow are my rest days since I work 12 hour shifts both days. I can't wait for next week I am going to increase my jogging miles to 2 miles. :tongue: have a good weekend!!:smile:

One of my cats would wake us up in the mornings all the time before before she passed away a few years ago. She did it to get breakfast, the brat.lol. When I was a kid my cats knocked over the tree a couple of times. As an adult they never have but the tree we have is a type that can't climb.

I have one dachshund. He's my first dog ever, all I have ever had was cats before, which I still do two of them. Its been an adventure adding my little buddy to the mix. He's my running/jogging buddy.
