Hold on.....while I do agree with what everyone else said about eating at a calorie deficit, exercising etc., I HAVE noticed that when I wear tighter clothes around my midsection it does seem to remind me to suck it in/engage my core while i'm doing cardio/weights. Maybe thats what you're feeling??

I'm right there with you....I tend to gain any added pounds around my butt and thighs. The only thing i've found that seems to help at all is lots of leg exercises with heavy weights (squats, lunges, etc). It sucks but it's the only thing that works for me :)

Actually, that makes a lot of sense. I know this website works! I lost 12lbs doing MFP before but I was in college and doing it with all my roommates. Now i'm married and my husband couldn't gain weight if he tried :)

Well……we went to my husband's company christmas dinner and even though I had 800 calories left i'm sure i went over. I didn't even bother to put them in. Open bar and filet dinner (It was so worth it though) So i'll show myself to the door. See you in January! Good luck everyone :)

I know for me i was getting the worst headaches in the evening and couldn't figure out why. It was my blood sugar crashing!! I've just started doing low carb but my headaches are gone and i am not having nearly as many cravings as i was. It also makes me eat more veggies :)

I'm doing a low carb diet but today i was dying for something with carbs and chocolate :) I made a 100 cal bag of kettle corn and sprinkled cocoa powder and cinnamon on it. DELICIOUS!!!!!

Actually, you're already at the low end of the BMI scale and 115 would put you in the underweight category :( I would just focus on healthy eating :) good luck
