Deny yourself all of them across the board. You wouldn't keep unhealthy food in your house. I'll admit to having a few unhealthy things in mine, but not out in the open. Out of sight, out of mind. If they're keeping them in your sight at work then implement that mentality for yourself that those ones hanging about in the…

http://ohsheglows.com/categories/recipes-2/breakfast/vegan-overnight-oats/ Most of the time though I cook my rolled oats with water in the microwave. I like to add a bit of soy milk and 1tbsp chocolate chips! The chocolate melts and the whole bowl gets chocolatey, mmmmm. Another vote for adding shredded coconut also.

A guy I know but don't get along well with described to me in detail that the most disgusting thing he had ever seen was a girl eating what he considered to be a large amount of food what he considered to be too quickly. Really. It wasn't even about me. Unless it was and he was just being... I don't know what. Came out of…

I've always heard that 1 size is 20lbs. In my experience that holds true.

I've had that kind of bs happen to me even when I was a size six. I'm super proud that you went up to them and told them off when they yelled at you, people shouldn't get to be that rude to strangers and expect to get away with it. Call the cops if they start harassing you again, just to file a complaint against them.…

You look incredible!

Missed mine too, and that's never happened to me before. Not a positive test either, and my physical is already scheduled for a couple weeks from now. No advice to give, but you're not alone.

Just wanted to say that I read your post and congratulations! That's a very positive thing to do!

I'm 5'10 and wear a size 4.5 ring and waltzed on through the 162lbs point. I eat 1600 (this month, I reassess and change my target every month) before exercise. I work out 350-700ish calories a day and eat most to all of it back. When I went too low (1200) I was actuallly putting weight back on. So there's the other side…

My health is bad and doctors don't have any answers for me. I work out because I need to know I am doing everything that I possibly can to be healthy.

Just be yourself in the ways that are unique to you. I love it when my husband does something that is unique to himself and is very human and maybe a little bit funny.

1, How long did you plan? 18 months! 2. How much did you spend? (sorry if that's personal) Was this more/less than you planned? We tapped out at between 15-20K. It was about what we planned for. 3. How many people were invited/ how many showed up? We invited maybe 115 and got 90-95. No no-shows, but got 4 or more…

Turbo Jam was nice but not very intense. Turbo Fire makes less sense to me and the routines seem less intuitive, but I think it's a better burn and a more serious work out. Chalean Extreme I haven't done, but it's just weight lifting, right? I don't think you really -need- a DVD to do weight lifting.

I could lose a good half a lb total if we weren't counting boobs :P so yeah! Let's make that a rule. Every little bit counts, hahaha.

Bachelor of Applied Arts in Animation. Yeah, really.

A little bit over 5'10" and I am a size 6/8. Never been called naturally skinny though! I think it's a good, realistic number to shoot for at our height.

It's more about diet than it is about working out. Make an honest effort to log your foods for at least a couple of weeks. See what you're putting in your face vs burning off. It is much harder to make bad decisions when they are informed decisions.

I'm really happy for you! I'm here because of health problems too. Pills don't fix it for me, and I can't imagine going on like that without knowing I am doing absolutely everything in my power to be in good health. MFP is a dream come true.
-
Yeah, I'm half way! Really impressed with all of you folks who have been at it for longer and have gotten even further along than I have :D Let's motivate each other and keep going strong!

-Your ultimate goal for the 90 day challenge: Any NSV involving improvements in my health. I have some health concerns which are sort of personal in nature. I also want to fit into more of my old clothing. You said 'ultimate' though... so I'm going to also write down six pack. -Starting Weight as of Sept 15th: 158.4 lbs…

Hopefully someone's already linked you to this website by now, but http://budgetbytes.blogspot.ca/!

It was my 2 months of MFP and 12.5 lbs down photo! I've lost another 7 since then, too :D

2 cups of fresh pineapple with 2 tbsp of shredded coconut on top :D it's what I just had for breakfast~ ahaha

I second the nuts and seeds suggestions, in small amounts. Try 1/4 cup per meal/snack. You need to incorporate healthy fats into your diet to prolong the feelings of satiety... at least, that's what I've read. Proteins and fats make you feel fuller for longer than carbs, so when you went off of the meat you probably…

Frozen foods can be great! I like to make larger batches of healthier recipes on weekends (ie: sweet potato burgers) and store them in the freezer to eat during weekdays. Cutting out processed foods overall is great, they should only be eaten in moderation. The number one overall thing is patience. The change does not…

This is not scientific, but I always eat before doing anything else first thing in the morning. When I exercise, I try to eat afterward rather than before. I'm a daytime/evening exerciser.

I am currently following a raw, vegan meal plan (short term, giving it a shot!) and it is working wonders for me. There is one salad recipe in there which I adore and will absolutely continue to work into my regular eating when I am done with this plan. 3 cups of greens (whatever your favourite lettuce is) 1/3 cup…

Almonds, walnuts, raisins, sunflower seeds, and dates in a food processor. Little bit of water to make it moist. Form into balls on some parchment and chill. Sweet but not too sugary. Just a little treat, make them and store them for when you are craving.
