I usually eat Emerald breakfast on the go Nuts and Berries and a banana. That usually holds me over till about 11 am. :smile:

I weigh in before and after every meal, every morning every night, but I don't let fluctuations bother me too much. Even though sometimes they just don't make any sense to me....:smile:

Go to the local high school track and let the kids play on the football field while you run the track. It is easy to keep an eye on them just make sure they play in the side farthest fro the exit. My track only has exits on 1 side of the field.

Spicy Tuna Roll, and tuna advocado is what I had for dinner...I sub the soy sauce with 50% less sodium and it tastes exactly the same. What do you like? Oh and another good one is the philly roll not sure if that is something just from my area but it has philly cream cheese in it.:smile:

When I first started I was losing 10lbs a week and for a month then it slowly tailored to 5 -4-3-2-1 and now 1/2 a lb.

Eat as healthy as possible when I went on vacation in July I said screw the healthy choices, accompanied by no gym = 10 lbs gained in a week. Which in turn took me 30 days to lose!!!!!

Soda was my biggest vice I gave up , period I just stopped drinking it. Which also eliminated the only alcoholic drink I enjoyed Captain and coke. The sooner you stop drinking soda the better. Breakfast on the go nuts and berries.....180 calories , and a banana 105 calories usually hold me off till lunch....I don't know how you can make it through the day on only 1200 calories....I am at 1965 a day that is just perfect if I don;t eat any sweets...Keep up the good work!!!

I actually have a program on my phone that tracks your walks/runs with gps and when we went to the zoo in June we walked for 218 minutes for a total of 2.7 miles and an average speed of.7 miles an hour. Total calories burned 377........:smile: The name of the program is called cardio trainer pro.

Come to think of it it has not happened to me since I bought new shoes...........Try buying new running shoes.
