  • My only suggestion would be to plan ahead. If you know will have a day that you will go over calories, then cut your calories by 100 in the five to seven days before..... and increase water and exercise after the extra calories. Hopefully, as the months go by you will get emotionally stronger and that day wont trigger your…

  • You dont need a lot of space to do this dvd.... she doesnt have you run all around or anything. The only thing I can think of that may cause noise is the jumping jacks. I have bad knees, so I had to modify them. Jillian says you cant modify them, but I did!! It really is a good exercise program. I love it most though…
