  • My only suggestion would be to plan ahead. If you know will have a day that you will go over calories, then cut your calories by 100 in the five to seven days before..... and increase water and exercise after the extra calories.   • You dont need a lot of space to do this dvd.... she doesnt have you run all around or anything. The only thing I can think of that may cause noise is the jumping jacks.
