Last night I threw 1/4 cup steel cut oats into a jar. I added a 1/4 cup greek honey yogurt and 1/4 cup (maybe 1/2 cup) strawberries that I had sliced up a few days ago. needed this post...been getting discouraged. My weight loss has slowed down in the last few weeks to about half a pound when I had been losing 1 pound a week pretty consistently. The half a pound was discouraging me until I read this post and that others have had ups and downs with the scale.

Since I started on MFP and started eating less and changed my diet, I'm usually go once a day or every 2 days. I was worrying about this because it used to be 2x a day or more - every morning, at night before bed and sometimes during the day...now I know I'm not abnormal with the change I'm experiencing.

I did too until I figured out that I could use the stopwatch on my iPhone. Then I had to figure out where to put it so i could see when 20 seconds was up.etc. Congrats on your walking. I will get to adding that - I will! I just can't seem to do both right now.

I took my vit d supplement today - my doctor prescribes it and so its covered by my insurance. I keep hearing about how Vit D is being connected with weigh loss so I'm really motivated to take it every day! Thanks for all the info on this topic.
