I make a big batch of scrambled eggs up on Sunday night to eat during the week. 3 white 1 whole egg a day. Just scramble up a week’s worth and reheat. Add some veggies and they taste great.

Just because something says vegan does not mean it’s healthy. Lot of processed vegan food is high in sodium and it does not mean you can eat as much carbs as you want. I always could my fruit and veggies. Try to limit one fruit a day and eat it worth a meal not on its own that way it will not spike your sugar levels.

I buy Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Wrap (or any wrap you like) and cut it in up and bake it at 350 for 5-6 min till they get crispy. Then I make a homemade hummus dip.

I try to eat 1200 a day. One thing you can do is log what you have been eating and see how many it is. For some people it is easier to slowly cut down their calories once they know how many they have been taking in. Good luck!

I never use the package seasoning. It is loaded with sodium. I also only use the 99%FF ground turkey. I like to do salads and not the taco shells will save you a lot in calories and sodium too.
