The Exhilirate Collection is so addictive I love all the DVD's and find myself sing the songs when I'm not working out!!!! I love Zumba sooo much I'll be a instructor in 2 months

I totally agree. I hate the promise of I'll start <extended date> I've started now and don't want to make that same resolution this new year's that I will finally lose the weight because I AM NOW losing the weight.

I love Morning Starts Veggie sausges patties. They are soooo delicious. They are only 80 calories, 3g fat & 10g of PROTEIN!! You can make them in the microwave or oven (I prefer the oven..only 8-12 mintues). I usually pair them with a piece of fruit, yogurt or a slice a toast depending on how I feel.
