How does everyone remember everything you eat? It is a great tool, but I get so busy that by the time I get done by the end of the day, I have about 1/2 recolection. What is your routine for remembering what you ate and fitting in a time to excercise????? HELP!:blushing:

I have been able to ride a few times, but we keep getting more snow. Go to trikkeslc.com and watch their videos. They are hilarious! I am really looking forward to riding. Well, I have my TRIKKE and no place to ride yet since we got another hugh snowstorm. I did go skiing on the new TRIKKE skkie and it was awesome. Not too bad for an old lady.

I just bought a TRIKKE from TRIKKESLC.com. I am looking forward to riding it. I understand it is a great work out. Anyone have one? I'll let you know how it goes. They are supposed to be a better workout than an uliptical machine and they really look fun. Wish me luck!

It would be fun to not only show the loss that week, but keep a running total such as: Goal Weight: Beginning weight: Pounds lost this week: Total pounds lost in _________Weeks. That way, if people want to join in the future, they will be able to start up with others starting at the same time. Just a thought.
