Todays weight (this morning) was 173.4. Yes, I am going to be anal about the .4 part :laugh:
My goal for Wednesday morning is 172.5! Just thought I would throw that in there.
I'm anal about the point whatever too so youre not alone.
I will take part in this too, my starting weight today is 221.4, goal for wednesday is 220.4. :laugh:

It would be fun to not only show the loss that week, but keep a running total such as:

That way, if people want to join in the future, they will be able to start up with others starting at the same time.

I love watching The Biggest Loser and it has motivated me to get going. So, I am very excited about this. I weigh in on Wednesdays anyway. 1 week ago I was 187.4, today...........185.4.
So, my 2 pound a week goal is on track.
I'm trying to keep as close to 1200 calories as I can, I always go a little over and I am using the time I would normally spend in the morning sitting on my butt watching the news and drinking coffee to watch news while I spend 30 minutes on the treadmill.
I'm so excited to see results and I will go ahead and report my weight on Wednesdays too!

I'm stuck. I've been at this weight for while even though I've been working my rear off this week. Maybe it's muscle weight. I'll keep it up and pray that next week is less!0 -
