    So excited for the show tonite! I am posting today, I wont be able to get to the computer tomorrow

    ps-I have been sick for 2 and a half weeks and not able to work out at all.

    I am all over this!!! Starting weight 188. Goal 145. Will weigh in Wed am. Thanks everybody, This sure makes dieting fun. Inconceivable!!!

    It would be fun to not only show the loss that week, but keep a running total such as:

    Goal Weight:
    Beginning weight:
    Pounds lost this week:
    Total pounds lost in _________Weeks.
    That way, if people want to join in the future, they will be able to start up with others starting at the same time.
    Just a thought.

    I love watching The Biggest Loser and it has motivated me to get going. So, I am very excited about this. I weigh in on Wednesdays anyway. 1 week ago I was 187.4, today...........185.4.
    So, my 2 pound a week goal is on track.
    I'm trying to keep as close to 1200 calories as I can, I always go a little over and I am using the time I would normally spend in the morning sitting on my butt watching the news and drinking coffee to watch news while I spend 30 minutes on the treadmill.
    I'm so excited to see results and I will go ahead and report my weight on Wednesdays too!

    Good Morning to everyone, I'm new so I'll need all the support I can get.

    Okay I weighed in this morning!
    Starting weight (Oct. 07):158
    Last week: 149.5
    This week: 150
    I'm stuck. I've been at this weight for while even though I've been working my rear off this week. Maybe it's muscle weight. I'll keep it up and pray that next week is less!

    :happy: 1/9/08 starting weight was 340 but I lost 11 lbs so far so my new weight is 329.
