Welcome! I would use YouTube to find videos. Or look online for sheet of different workout methods suitable for your age. Or you can go to the gym and look like a kickass 61 year old woman! :)

I'm 138-140 and I'm 5'2". I used to weigh 120 back in high school. But then college food and 5 years of cheerleading made me gain more muscles. Plus I love food haha. Trying to get back to 120 still.

I was on it a few summers ago and it worked very well for me. Along with working out often and eating healthy, you'll lose weight really fast. Walking definitely helps. Lot of people will say that it doesn't do anything, obviously has no brain. It helps your heart rate, burn calories, and it's healthy! I love taking walks. I'd lose track of time!

You're eating way too little. You need 3 meals a day and snacks in between or your metabolism will slow and make you bloat.

Working out helps my cramps plus taking ibuprofen or any type of pain relieving pills. But to make your pads not obvious, I'd suggest wearing some looser pants or shorts.

I usually make tea all the time, but I definitely vouch for infusing water with lemon, I just drop several lemon and limes in my water bottle and I'm good to go!
