My friend is on a 1000 calorie diet
She weight about 157 pounds and is doing the Brazil Butt Lift and we're both in cheerleading together. Also, she's getting back on Body by Vi shakes too. She's desperately trying to lose weight. I tried to explain to her that 1000 calories a day is not good for her. What do I do?

So I was sifting through my cabinet at home thinking about what to eat for lunch, and I came across a box of China Slim Tea. I researched it a little and those kinda scared me O_o, but I am wondering, what's your opinion on it if you tried it before.

Thinking of going vegan
I want to know your experience of being a vegan. I'm thinking of being one, but I love meat too much. But it's a lifestyle commitment. What are your experiences? Do you have to take protein pills? My friend is one but she eats seafood, not sure if that counts as being a vegan.

A few of my friends are fasting for a few days to "cleanse" themselves of bad food to start over healthy. Can that be healthy?

Cheerleaders!
How do you count your calories when you're cheerleading? Including dances, stunting, etc. I just put general dancing and use the calories MFP gives you. Obviously I can't wear my HRM watch when I stunt, so what do you guys suggest? Just roll with what this site gives me or what?

Noticed any changes in your body yet?
I've been working out most days since July and I'm so happy with how my body is turning out! Love handles disappearing when I sit, legs slimming up, and stomach getting smaller! My boobs are getting smaller too lol. How bout you? Brag all you want :)

Wearing HRM watch on a general day
I wore my Sportline heart monitor calorie counter watch when I showed my friend around Seattle all day, it said I burned almost 2,000 calories at the end of the day. We did A LOT of walking around. Makes me wonder if it's weird to wear it more often, even if it's a walk around the mall. I just thought it'd have more…

My scale lied to me..
I've always thought I was going down to 122 pounds until I bought a new scale. It said I'm 129.8. Ugh. Feeling like giving up. :/

Legs toning help
I've been pretty happy with my upper half of my body slimming down and everything. My stomach been getting smaller, but still working on my back. But my legs needs help. It looks a little chunky. I've been running, using ellipical, squats, etc. Got any other ideas I should try to tone up my legs more? Thanks!

Slim Fast diet
I've been on the slim fast diet for almost a month now and the pounds are shedding off. I'm not really following the 3-2-1 plan entirely and rely more on MFP. Do you eat back the calories you've earned?
I had a pretty good breakfast and lunch. Then I went to Zumba and burned off a bunch of calories which got my calories back to over 1,000 something. Then I ate salmon, rice, and veggies for dinner. I'm very full. But it says I have 700 more calories left to eat. I may eat an apple later on, but I don't think I want to eat…
