Slim Fast diet

I've been on the slim fast diet for almost a month now and the pounds are shedding off. I'm not really following the 3-2-1 plan entirely and rely more on MFP. But I'm always eating veggies and fruit, meat, and other food at the right portion. Also been working out everyday this summer, and I'm in cheerleading this fall.

I'm wondering if anyone has any success with the slim fast diet.

    if you eat less than you burn, you lose weight. assuming your eating the same calories and macros, if your food comes from slim fast, or from chicken and veggies, your body doesnt give a crap. It will react the same. slim fast isnt magic, its food, and gives the same results as any other food.
