I've been pretty happy with my upper half of my body slimming down and everything. My stomach been getting smaller, but still working on my back.
But my legs needs help. It looks a little chunky. I've been running, using ellipical, squats, etc. Got any other ideas I should try to tone up my legs more?
Thanks!

you cant spot reduce fat, so the exercises you are doing are working the muscle underneath the fat not necessarily burning the fat on top of them.
how you lose will be determined by your genetics (first place you gain = last place you lose). so just keep eating a deficit (assuming you are already) and dont be afraid to lift weights on compound lifts like squats and deadlifts0 -
Cycling......you will never get a better work on your quads than cycling. And not on the spinner, either. Get a real road bicycle (skinny tires), and ride on asphalt. Why do I say this? Road cycling is about 90% leg work, whereas running requires upper body movement, and mountain biking the same. In road cycling, the goal is to keep your upper body as still as possible. It is fun, time consuming, and you burn good calories all at the same time. Plus, you can discover more about where you live. Only thing is, you have to have a little bit of money to start off with....like a couple hundred at minimum. But that is what I recommend. And DONT RIDE ON THE SIDEWALK! I hate those people.0
