  • Im still here !!!!! Havent done great at all this last week and weekend...we had a hurricane come through so I ate like crap and didnt exercise at all :( Got to find my MOJO over here and get off my rear and start exercising !!!!
  • I do weight at same time but usually only do it 2 times a month....Right now I am going by the way my clothes fit and sometimes you can become obcessed with the numbers when the inches are what matter. Plus it can be disappointing when you have tried your best and nothing happens for a couple of days
