I have ordered it tonight from John Lewis! Just in case I have any issues with it... Which hopefully I won't . Look forward to using it. It seems a lot of the recipes that I have looked at have spinach in to which I love. At least now my outside food bin won't be so heavy! I have also downloaded the recipe app.

Do you have the Mill Blade - but what items do you use it on? I believe the 600 comes with one, but the 900 doesn't not sure about the nurtininja ... Do you recommend any of the books that go with the nutri range ?

I eat one fruit serving a day, has it has lots natural sweetness in, and I vary the choices. If I want a snack I eat 5 green olives, pickled cucumber spears (from a jar) or couple of slices of lean ham, all low on the GI scale. I stay with my calories, and it works for me.

I would say 9, as I don't want to cheat myself, I tend to drink to thirst 3-4 litres. I weigh protein, it gets my into the habit to see what a portion is, for when I am out and about. I have read your messages re FitBit, but why do you like so much? Do you wear it whilst your sleeping - or does it get in the way. It does seem a lot of money £79. so is it worth it please.

My BMI, was 30 which was obese, so I am aiming 18-25 which is healthy, at present I am 22, so I would be happy 20. Weight wise I want to get under 10stone say 9.12. At present I am 10stone, which for me is fantastic. I was 13 stone 6lbs.

If I haven't had any milk during the day, then will have 30g half fat cheddar after my dinner which I nibble at! But tend not to eat late night snacks, something I have got out of the habit of doing.

I will be logging on and counting cals, I don't want a blip on my diary. I plan to stick to 1200 cals, its only one day, and I have a whole new wardrobe of clothes that I love wearing these days. So can't imagine a day that I couldn't ware any of these new clothes.:smile:

I'm on 1200 cals, but also following Lighter LIfe Lite, 3 meal replacements plus 1 main meal. Daily exercise, walking, and sometime the gym/spinning classes. Been to Vienna this weekend - eaten out and about and weighed in tonight have lost 3lbs since my last weigh in last Tuesday Fantastic result.

I am on Lighter Life Lite 800-1200 cals. This is a meal replacement way of eating, approved by my Doctor and Doctor Hillary from the telly. Buying clothes that I like, not just because they fit! Size 12, fashion magazines. Good health, strong nails, clear mind, happy, happy, happy, fit, sleep better that I had done for a long time. More get up and go and staying positive.
