I love the 24hr exercise challenge.I did one last year and had over 100 people reaching their goals.
Some people are able to go way over and some don't make it but have fun trying.
It is a great way to attain your goals!
The challenge is to exercise a total of 24 hours in the month of September!

Anyone can do it and everyone should do it!
Starts Sept 1
All you have to do is
Exercise for a total of 24 hours (1440 minutes)in the month of June . This is going to be my first time and I plan on doing a 30 Day Shred along with walking/biking and gym visits.
Anyone that would like to share tips and motivational thoughts can friend request me and maybe add a little something about yourself too!

I would like to join. Just completed a challenge for the month of August to run / walk the number of miles in celebration of my birthday age. Completed 56 miles a few days before my birthday and have been adding to that total since! Would love a new challenge for the upcoming month!0

me!!! I need that kind of motivation. Between starting a new job and the kids going back to school and all their extra curriculuar ( and therefore mine) activities starting it's been hard to get in my exercise like I should.0

I'd like to give it a try. I just looked at my logged activities from Garmin and see that I only had ~8.5 hrs of true exercise from 8/12 - today. I'd really like to up that and nothing is better than a challenge to get you motivated.0
