My goal this week is to exercise, I am eating right, but I am not exercising and you can tell by my results. That changes now!

My favorite way to spend time is with my family! I also love to go camping and kayaking. I'm a nursing student with two semesters to go, so the camping and floating have taken a back seat.

I've lost 1.8 lbs since Jan 1, which cuts my gain from my holiday overindulgence by about half. Maybe next week at this time I'll be back to where I was before the holidays. I need to drink more water!

Wouldn't that mean that you weighed more in the beginning too? You would have the same number of pounds lost, just a different weight number, right?
