if i didn't get up early to excersize i wouldn't be able to do what i do! as the day goes on i get slightly more tired and intense cardio/weights become really hard to do. i would definitely advise anyone to try early morning excersize. you feel much better during the day too :)

pistacios and avacado if you like them :)

try the 30 day shred dvd! it's excellent. the lady leading it makes intense weight training bearable by chopping it up and mixing it in with cardio. i'm seeing quick changes in my body already.

i started yesterday too, i've done level one again today.. i feel like i can barely move! i'm in pain lol.. how on earth do people do each level each day? maybe when my body gets used to it and the muscle pain eases up then i should start doing each level each day?

i'm living with my parents for a bit now so what i do is try to adapt the meals my mum makes so i can keep them low cal. before that i was doing most things from scratch. when i move back into my house in a few months i'll be cooking for myself again so i'll definitely check that website out and do some experimenting :)…
