my latest goal is to get my legs from flab to fab, does anyone have any before-after pictures of their legs?

This is the only before/after I have of my legs. The "before" was I think at 134lbs (last July). It was shortly after I reached my goal. I did lift weights, but had only really been doing squats & deadlifts for around 2-3 months. The "after" was in March this year I think. Around 146lbs but I had a lot more muscle on me because I'd done a bulking phase and had been squatting/deadlifting a lot longer. My legs are a little bigger and I'm obviously heavier (12lbs heavier) but IMO they look much better. They're firm now, whereas before they really weren't.
I have a more recent pic from a couple of weeks ago, in my profile (front and side, not just side) at 144lbs.0 -
Before: 105 pounds but SKINNY FAT and cellulite
After: 110 pounds and work out with heavy weights! No cellulite anymore!

I don't really have any good before photos. My legs have always been chunky. My thighs have gone from 25" to about 22.5". They still need to shrink more!

i've always disliked my legs because they are muscular, even when I lose weight. But then I was told that's a good thing. heehee.0

That's how my legs look, very muscular calves. But then my dad said I have "stocky" legs like him, I thought that was mean. But I have had guys compliment my legs, so that made me happier!0 -
i've always disliked my legs because they are muscular, even when I lose weight. But then I was told that's a good thing. heehee.
I think it's awesome. My calves are very strong, but they look like sticks. LOL

Your legs look really slim. Don't think they need to shrink more looking at you in the skirt but may be different story in shorts or bikini. So most of the chunkiness you had previously in your legs was fat.0 -

Great results with cellulite. There was a dry brushing thread about getting rid of cellulite and my thoughts were it may help but doing weights like this lady is the way to go.0 -

Thank you. Yeah, I still wish I had "the gap". I just want to stop the jiggle at the very top I do however wish my calves were a bit slimmer but I'll never be happy lol0 -
i really want my legs to be firm at the front! they used to be and then i put on 10lbs and they're like jelly now what can i do? i'm always told squats and lunges but i really hateeeeeee doing them, anything else i can do? thanks, and all the pictures look amazing btw!0

I don't have any decent "before's" of leg shots. I run, bike and lift weights now. :bigsmile:0 -
For those who asked (thank you by the way for the compliment):
I work legs with heavy weights (heavy to me) 2x a week, and I do HIIT on the treadmill 2x a week (20 minutes sprinting/jogging/fast walking).
I change up my routine every 6-8 weeks, but for example this week my leg workout is:
Warmup - 2 sets of 30 reps on the leg extension machine (very light); 50 jumping jacks
3 x 8 squats (usually back, sometimes I do front) - 65lbs, 85lbs, 100lbs
(If I do squats for my first leg workout, the next time I work legs I will do deadlifts instead)
3 x 10 each leg walking lunges w/ dumbbells (20lbs each)
4 x 8 leg press (135lbs+)
3 x 10 each leg stepups w/ dumbbells (15-20lbs)
4 x 10 calves (using leg press machine)
3 x 10 plie squats with dumbbell (45-50lbs)
3 x 10 leg curls (50lbs on machine)0 -
I do not have any pictures but I can say that spinning class has completely shaped my legs.0
