always bloated!
for the past month or so i ALWAYS seem to be bloated! i'm 21 and 130lbs, not overweight or underweight. I eat mainly clean and haven't particularly changed my diet at all recently. It's starting to really get to me.. i wake up some mornings feeling full. Does anyone know why this could be, or have any tips etc?!?! thank you

KEEPING it off

is a break day important?
Isit bad for muscles if i don't have a break day from using weights? i havent not used weights daily for around 3 weeks now. it's meant to be my 'break' day today but i have some spare time.
