guidance

okay i posted a topic a little while ago about arms.. but i have another little issue haha.
LEGS! i'm quite happy with how my weight loss is going, i can definitely see changed int he top half of my body, but my legs just seem to be exactly the same. my legs have always been quite slim and very toned, since i put on 10lbs they've become chunky and just not firm any more :( what can i do to help with this? iobviously a long with losing weight. Its basically all on the top section of my legs :(

To get the top section of my legs to look the way I want, I do squats and lunges. A lot of squats and lunges.

Check fitnessmagazine.com and other sites like that for a variety of leg moves. They have workouts tailored to focusing more on your legs. You can also pick and choose.

When I started losing weight, i lost it all from my boobs first, then my waist, and finally now i am getting to my legs and butt...
It all depends on your genetics, you can't spot reduce.
Running has helped overall weight loss and also shape my legs, my calves are getting really nice actually. I also started some targeted strength training (lunges, squats, lifts) to help shape my backside, wouldn't want it to go flat ;-)
Now I am just hoping I'll lose some of my stomach too...
