sooo i started using MFP last july and later started the 30 day shred. after finishing the first two levels i kept up level 2 for a while and stuck to my calorie limit etc and have lost a stone :D my concern is, after i finish level 3 which i've yet to start.. how am i going to continue losing weight or even stay at that certain weight? would it be beneficial to start the 30 day shred again or pointless?

    if you want to maintain your weight then you basically need to keep doing what you did to lose the weight in the first place...you just get to eat a little more...

    if you go back to what you were doing before you lost the weight (ie. not watching what you eat, not exercising) then you will more than likely gain the weight back....

    you can switch up your workouts...Jillian Michaels has lots of good home workouts, or you could get into running or find a gym that you like and attend group fitness classes...
