Isit bad for muscles if i don't have a break day from using weights? i havent not used weights daily for around 3 weeks now. it's meant to be my 'break' day today but i have some spare time.

You should definatly leave a day inbetween weight training, it gives the muscles time to repair.0

Steer clear of working the same parts for multiple days in succession - most importantly though, listen to your body. If you are feeling fatigued, constantly sore, any of that, give it a rest day. I make sure to take one break day per week and usually I'll throw in a slightly lighter exercise day just to make sure I can recover a bit more while staying active.0
