what do you think of my fitness routine? i'd really appreciate any comments/tips.
atm i do 17mins on the excersize bike (100cals) twice a day.
and i do a workout dvd for arms and legs which lasts 25mins in total with 3kg weights on one day, and a dvd (25 mins also) for abs and butt with the same weights, on the alternate day.
also i just wanted to know, would it be better for me to break up my cardio, so perhaps 10 mins here and there instead of a couple of 17 min workouts?

actually, it would probably be better if you put all your cardio together. you get the most benefits from your heart rate being high, and shorter workouts mean that you are spending more time getting your heart rate up.0

I agree with cavewoman. Also, try upping your weight....3kg seems light, imho.0

You said you're doing them on alternating days, is that alternating without any days off? I think you're cardio is fine although I would try and alternate between moderate cardio and some interval (HIIT) cardio just to break up the monotony as well as keep your body guessing.0
