do they work? anyone had any experience wearing one? i'm talking about the thick rubber belt that is supposed to be worn round your waist whilst working out to make you sweat - for those who don't know. yeah i've been wearing one since i started working out, it's quite annoying tbh and i just wanna know if there's any point in me actually wearing it lol - i have lost some weight around the top of my waist but that could be down to the fact that ive been cardio'ing my but off! - so yeah, any info would be appreciated.

They don't reduce bodyfat. They increase heat which releases sweat which is just water. Soon as you drink the water back, weight goes back up.
