what will happen?

for the last month or so i've been weight training every day, been doing the 30 day shred daily, walking daily and using my excersize bike daily. i've lost 5lbs and my arms and legs are noticably more toned :) but i still have a bit of a way to go.

i'm going on holiday next week for two weeks, while im away i wont be able to weight train or use gym equipment, my only excersize will be swimming and walking. I just wanted some advice on what will happen if i stop using weights for my arms and legs. i'm kind of paranoid they'll turn back to jelly without the focused training :( i'll continue to eat my recommended calorie intake. will i continue to lose weight also? thanks!

I am not an expert, but looking at professional swimmers, they have great muscle definition, so maybe swimming a lot will help maintaining your results...
Also, if you have a chance to do some in-house activity, you could use body weight. Not sure if you are familiar with http://www.bodyrock.tv/ - they have a lot of free videos with exercises to train muscles using your own body as weight resistance.
They have some sets of exercises that you can easily do in 15 - 30 minutes in a small place like an hotel room.
