Close to Nottingham and Derby :)

I am so thankful that I was so blessed to see Papa Bene last summer at Castel Gandolfo and I was so close to him... the atmosphere was electric. I did cry to hear that he had stepped down, but as OP said, it is a very courageous decision to make. I pray now that the Holy Spirit will guide our cardinals to elect the most…

Haha!! Damn right I can't!! It's getting so unhealthy... if I spent as much time working out as I do searching for pics and vids of him then I'd be the skinniest freak here!

Oh babe, don't ever, ever look at how far from your goal you are at - look at how far you have come! Your progress has really inspired me, no joke! Are you in, or coming up to your TOM? I hate weighing in round that time because I retain a stupid amount of water which makes me want to throw my scales at the wall... xxx

Okay, yeah, nothing MADE you eat whatever it was... BUT The hormonal chemical imbalances that occur make you crave certain things. For me, mine is chocolate, and I am grumpy, snappy and cry until I've eaten it. Not great for when you're trying to lose weight, right?! ;) But I get a chocolate bar and I eat it and I enjoy…

Hi there, I use exercise DVDs at home, currently I am using Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred which is already showing results! :) I also use an elliptical machine and do plenty of walking. As long as you are getting resistance/weights in alongside cardio you'll have some great results :) xx

I did day 6 of level 2 yesterday. When I did level 1 I thought I was going to die after the first couple of days and the ache I had afterwards was malicious! But, day 3, I could do all the exercises okay, still a bit achy for the next couple of days but by day 5 I was absolutely fine. Level 2 is HARD work, but I don't ache…

I don't track my coffee. I do put milk in it, a spot of skimmed milk so the amount of calories are what, no more than 3! 3 calories is never going to be my be all and end all. And I don't log calorie free drinks either, with the exception of soda, which I log just for personal reference if I'm feeling bloated, ahh that…

Coffee for me too. No more than an hour later and I'm needing to go! lol!
-
Totally recommend 30 Day Shred!! xxx

I use my hubby's PS3 for it so I don't think I'll be able to do that :S I know it's on YouTube but I have no clue how to download it and convert it onto something that'll burn onto a DVD and be able to play.

Folks, a good number of WHSmiths still have it, so if you really want it (and I can recommend it! It's brill!) then maybe ring your local store and check they have a copy before you head down! :) Marie xx

Sweetheart, you need some new friends!! If they get mad at you for your facebook updates LET THEM. It's YOUR wall! Don't let their issues become yours. Sometimes there are times where it is necessary to be thoughtful and considerate to others feelings, other times there are time when you can think "screw that..!" I think…

I'm Marie, and it looks like the only one! lol! xxx

My son is 5 and loves his music. One Direction are a good band for children, you could get the "Up All Night" album, it's clean and it's safe. Also the group JLS, they've released a few albums but my son has their first album which is self-entitled JLS. Both these bands are hugely popular with children her age. I know it's…

Me too! xx

What kind of exercise are you doing hun?
-
Already have done hun, so now I'm asking on here xx
-
Yes, the Horizon programme very much intrigued me. Mostly by the neurological benefits it offers too - fascinating! xx
-
Sweetheart, that is the craziest thing I've ever read xx
-
Nope. I am currently doing 30DS and will move onto RI30 afterwards. From those who have done both, the vast majority of people claim that RI30 is a lot tougher than 30DS. Hope this helps!

No issue hun. But be sure to have a small meal at some point the following day. I do alternate day Intermittent fasting where I eat for a day (though no more than 1800cals) and then the following day I have a meal of 500-600cals, usually at dinnertime. Not be stressing about it. Furthermore EVERYONE has a binge day at some…

In a calorie-lite wrap for a start! That takes off 100cals! Then load it with a bit of ripped lettuce, cucumber, chopped up tomato, layer my tuna on, good squirt of almost fat-free mayo and a sprinkling of sweetcorn. 180cals and ultra filling. Get in there.

I'm doing Day 5 of Level 1 in about half an hour  What size dumb-bells does everyone use? I use 2x1kg so that's... 2lb each? I think 1k is 2lb... After every workout I get massively paranoid that I might have cheated in some way... :-/
