All of her DVD's have a person showing the modified exercise options for beginners. This is great when you are just getting started. Once you start to feel confortable with the moves you can step it up a level and follow the people showing the more advanced moves :) So all of the DVDs are great.

Good job! keep up the hard work! It is a pretty hard workout at first, but It is SUCH a rewarding feeling everytime you get one done!

I don't think that it really matters when you do it. The most important thing is that you are doing it! I personally enjoy getting my workouts done in the morning because I get it over and done with for the day! I tend to lack motivation the further into the day I get. So doing it in the morning ensures that I get it done.

I agree with the above post. You should continue the 30 day shred and then alternate between the 6 week 6 pack and the elliptical! Since it sounds like you have been using the elliptical regularly you body can get used to the same excerise and build resistance to it! So switching it up is key :smile: I have done the 6 week…

I just ordered one too! I am kind of worried! I have heard great things about it, but have also heard about them breaking after only 2 months. So I am hoping for the best!

I know it can be scary, but the most important thing is your health and being able to feel good! Just slowly increase by 100 calories at a time every other week. Your body will adjust to it. Do you eat back your exercise calories? That is also important.
