  • depends on the goals you have. But it has both those purposes.
  • fruits have sugar ._. , Why are you doing that? Your Just lowering your metabolism for a week. EAT AND ENJOY LIFE!
  • Are you trying to build muscle? Or what are your goals? I find protein shakes to be a great supplement to aid workout recovery and meet my daily macros!
  • 1lb a week is not bad progress. You should keep doing that if its working. If you try to loose too much weight every week your weight can just bounce right back up.
  • If you want to get to your goal bad enough, that will do it. If not, Chug water, excercise, drink coffe or green tea, have breakfast a little later in the morning, have more smaller meals throughout the day, Try IF, have more Protein, Chew gum, or simply have some willpower! I love eating , so i just eat foods that are…
  • tracking sugar is really pointless, I don't even eat fruits and I go over most days because of sweet potatoes and Brown Rice in my diet. I just raised the intake by about 20 grams because looking at that -12 or whatever made me feel bad lol.
  • find out your maintenance calories and just try to not be under 500 calories from maintenance. Start with about a 100 calories under maintenance and work your way to 500 under maintenance, but you really should not go under 500, you may start to feel tired and some people could have health problems if they go under 500.
  • I drank Diet soda since I was about five years old, gave it up about a year ago, don't regret it! I just drink water and tea(green tea or w.e with no added sugar) and I think its the best decision I have made. Remember that everything takes time tho. You may want to edit your…
  • Calories are just numbers, Focus on the fat, carbohydrate and protein percentage to actually figure out how much you are burning. Eating a 300 calorie salad with chicken is not the same as eating 300 calories of oreos. So what matters is thetype of calories are you burning or keeping.
  • you will loose weight with 1500, as long as its under maintenance you will loose weight. Do not starve yourself though.
  • Weight training, sleep, run, sleep, eat! try for something like 40%protein,40% carbs,20%fats!
  • You should not diet then. The problem is your nutrition style. You can slowly modify it to become healthier(it will take some time) or just diet on and off which will lead to fast weight loss and fast weight gain.
  • It does not make a difference when you eat if you are eating. I would not recommend eating high amounts of carbs at night since you are not being active during the night.
  • I love to eat and have been changing my nutrition style for over a year, and water is out of the question....I hate waking up at 3 am to go to the bathroom, but one thing that has worked for me is drinking a casein protein shake with milk or water and some almonds or 1 tbsp of peanut butter, the protein with the fats from…
