I don't know how to go about this....

I'm a new user and just creating the account has made me nervous, I'm 4'11" and 105 lbs (my BMI already has me as underweight) I know I need to start out slow. I know most of my fat comes from my terrible eating habits and I need to work on that. I'm rambling, I guess what I need advice on is, will it be okay if my BMI goes down for a bit until I start going into the muscle gaining process?

  • Just work on gaining muscle/changing your eating habits. Once that is done, then maybe lower bodyfat a bit if you want and slowly start eating lots of foods that are healthy and good so you start gaining muscle, staying as lean as possible and everything. Remember that everything takes time tho. You may want to edit your own eating goals like more protein , lower carbs, more fats or whatever it is your looking for!
