Messaging you.

I'd also add them all individually. I measure out my tsp of butter, add that to my diary and then whatever amount of eggs I use.

My physician says to do what doesn't hurt lol.

I drink silk almond milk because I'm lactose intolerance. No craze here. Same as gluten. I have celiac disease so no gluten craze in this household lol

Physiotherapy helped me a ton. I did a ton of stretches and strengthening exercises as well as taping my foot. Now I have no issues.

This is one thing I wish I was warned about. I had been out of school a few years and we were transferring a patient who passed away to the morgue. I screamed like a school girl and ran from the room. Was NOT expecting that!

I think mine is open

I'm 35 years old. I've lost 50 lbs and am working on my last 20-25 lbs :) will get there slowly but surely.

I've been to two PT's and I've never once layed my hands on either. ONE time the one put her hands on my back to show me where to tighten but that was it.

Don't mock your running pace  running is running. My goal for my first half marathon would just be to finish it so I'd just work on my distance rather than my pace to be honest. Good luck!

Anything I ate before but servings that fit my calories :)

Thanks for the tip! Off to eat a package of Oreos!

Dietbet is good. I cashed out after 50 lbs and a bunch of challenges with $830. :)

Body beast uses a variety of weights and i think I'd be more worried about him lifting too heavy at school than at home. Probably gets a bit cocky around friends.

I should add, I also did the first 2 rounds to see if it would help Osteoarthritis. It did help a little bit but I also have celiac disease so a significant amount of pain went away when I went off gluten.

I have done two rounds. I felt amazing on it (tons of energy, happy, lighter) but it messed with my head. Once I started to follow the reintroduction phase I was having panic attacks thinking I was going to react to that food. Just over one year later i still can't eat peanut butter without having a panic attack so I…

If you're eyeballing I bet you're not eating 1300 calories. Once I started to weigh my food I was shocked. That banana that looked medium size is actually xl and double the calories. *sigh*. Weigh everything.

There's so much information out there and it's hard to know what to follow. For example, if you follow Mark Sisson from Marks Daily Apple (primal diet), he has a carbohydrate curve and for effortless weight loss you're supposed to be under 100 grams a day. Maintainence is over 100 grams a day and weight gain I think is…

For me, exercising alone or with a close friend or two helps immensely but exercising in a group setting causes huge anxiety for me. I always fear that I'll pass out or get dizzy and faint and it'll be so embarassing in a big group of people. It's so odd because you'd think with a fear like that I'd want to be surrounded…

A bowl of rice is going to weight a heck of a lot different than a bowl of rice crispies. It's not an easy answer.

Have you tried snacking on something healthy on the way home so you're full when you get home? It's tough!
-
We keep it in the fridge. I find it tastes weird if it stays on the counter.
-
Any way that is maintainable for YOU. :)

Ooh a hybrid. Nice!

Have you started your round of beast yet then?

I did a cleanse a few years ago. Wildrose detox it was called. Basically it was a vegan eating plan, low calories, low fat. All I did for 10 days was poop lol. It was supposed to be 14 days but I couldn't make it. I was exhausted, cranky, dizzy and it was just a horrible time.
