I take tumeric, fish oil, b12, vitamin d, multi or flinestone chewable, magnesium and use lo-salt for the potassium on my food.

There's a couple of days you were in the 500 calories so personally, I wouldn't let my calories go that low. Even 800/900 is borderline for me. I think something is off there because you have macadamian nuts in there which definitely are not zero carbs. I can't see on my phone. I'll log onto the computer later and look. I count net carbs.

Mmmmm heavy whipping cream blended with blueberries is AMAZING!!!!! I throw it in the freezer for a couple minutes and its just like ice cream.

I don't mind using the tiny amount of xantuan gum. Its 0 net carbs and saves me some calories

I actually tried without. Its good but doesn't get fluffy so I threw in the xanthan gum at the very end and that's what made it light.
