Been there, done that, didn't work. I tried it for about a month, nothing happened. Waste of money! Same for Raspberry Ketone and Mega Green T.

I used to do "Saturday Faturday" and it started out with having some ice cream, then over time, it evolved into an entire day of poor choices, later became an eat until you're sick, bloated, and dying and finally evolved into binge eating. So no, I don't do cheat days haha. If I want an ice cream bar or chocolate now, I'll…

I sent private replies to everyone since my phone usually messes up posts in a forum. Thanks for all the suggestions!

I'll look and see if we have one. Cute pup btw! I love brindles, so pretty :)

I'll try moving my foot. I usually have my foot closer to the heel, maybe that's the issue! I'll try it tomorrow, thanks!

Because I gained around 5 imches on my waist and can clearly see that it's not muscle. I'm very squishy and soft. I had my BF measured back in May with a bio impedance test and it was 22%. The scale I have at my house says it's up to 28, but Idk how accurate that is. I'm going to be reassessed on the 30th. but I'm fairly…

The only complaint I have about the NutriBullet is every single recipe tastes like bananas haha.

Regular ACV doesn't really have any benefits, you want the Bragg's one. I have finished 2 bottles and noticed no real differences, but it's worth a shot if you wanna try!

I would suggest SLOOOOWLY increasing. I went balls out and increased from 13-1400 to 1700 and gained 10lbs. I've seen the safest way is to increase 200cals every 2 weeks.

I was one point under on vitamin D, but I'm taking 800IU daily for my bones. I think the last time I had B12 checked was in 2011. It was actually kind of over, but the doc said not to worry about it.

Are we talking natural sugars, like in fruits? I don't really go nuts with processed things or candy, but I do eat a decent amount of fruit.

I'm actually having my RMR tested on the 30th. I'm hoping it's not ridiculously low, but that would explain some things :/
-
haha yes, my body is pretty screwed up, to say the least! I had about a million tests that ruled out PCOS or fibroids, things like that. I had regular gyno stuff and a pelvic/transvaginal ultrasound. All normal. I'm kinda of a ~medical mystery~ at the moment, unfortunately :/
-
I can guarantee it's not muscle haha.

I don't usually use oil or cooking spray, but I'm def gonna try weighing all of my food, at least for a while, to see if I'm really underestimating. I always thought it was kinda funny that the spray oils are "1/4 second spray", like "hold on, let me get my stopwatch out" haha
-
haha I wish I was. I gained about 5 inches on my hips :(
-
This is interesting to note! I don't eat too much gluten to begin with, but I can try cutting it out for a few weeks, just to see if anything changes. Glad to hear you're doing better, though!

I wish it was 15lbs of muscle hahaha I'd be shredded! I usually average 12 glasses of water a day, so I don't think it's water I'm lacking.
-
I know I'm not overestimating the calorie burn, I wear a Polar FT4 when I work out and usually average around 250-300 cals burned per session. I guess it's possible I may not be measuring my food to the gram, but I don't think it accounts for that many calories. I'm usually on the move, so I would like to think I should be…

I have started birth control, last week in fact. I haven't had a period since 2011, and I've been to gynos on and off. I went to an infertility specialist recently and she prescribed BC to help regulate my cycle. Hopefully, that might help. I also have an upcoming MRI to see if I have something going on with my pituitary…

Glad to hear you're losing now! I've had a mountain of blood work done, and I'm not diabetic :/ I've heard good things and bad things about LCHF diets. If it works for you, that's great! I might give it a shot.

That's what my dietitian said in May. I upped my intake and put on 10lbs with no signs of stopping. I usually netted around 14-1500 calories then, which I feel is decent. Since mid July, I'm still netting around 1200. I do weigh and measure meat, oatmeal, peanut butter, things like that. I don't measure fruits and veggies,…

If you're still losing weight, who cares if your carbs are high haha why mess with what's working for you.
-
DO IT GRADUALLY. I was in a similar situation and upped my intake from 13-1400 to 17-1800 and gained 10lbs in 2 months. Add 100cals every 2 week.

I've always had big calves, and I've always loved them haha. They're not all muscle, but I feel like my body would look goofy with tiny legs lol. Sometimes finding boots is difficult, but I always find a pair after looking around. I used to hate skinny jeans because my legs were bigger, but I've seen so many women rock…

When I'm at home I get more variety, but if I have to pack a lunch for work, I usually go with one of these: 1. Chicken and sweet potato 2. Chicken and black beans 3. Tuna mixed with tomatoes and hummus with either a slice of wheat bread or wasa fiber crackers for dipping 4. Whole wheat wraps with hummus and some veggies…

If you google "tumblrgym", they have a program called Yes, I Lift! for 99c. On the right side at the bottom of the list is a purchase link. It's the very basics of lifting using dumbbells, but I've been doing it for 2 months, and I like it! I didn't gain a ridiculous amount of muscle, but it hasn't been long. It's a good…

I just add my exercises in manually. I use a HRM to get calories burned. I fond MFP isn't accurate with their calories burned anyway, waaaay overestimates.
-
I always get salads haha. It's the safest bet. I know you can't mess up lettuce and tomatoes lol. The sodium in the chicken might be excessive, but I figure I'd rather have high sodium fake chicken than a giant, greasy mystery meat burger. Plus, the dressing is in packets, so you can add how much or little you want. As far…

I've been binge free for almost 3 months now. Ironically, I'm up 10lbs haha :( I increased calories to try to repair my metabolism, but I guess I went about it the wrong way? Idk, but since I've been eating more, I've never felt the urge to binge. Another thing I've done is set up an instagram. I prepare my food, make it…
