(。・ε・。) I usually eat a ham sandwich with whole wheat with the standard veggie toppings and a bowl of soup. If not, ramen noodles.

I make a salad most weekdays and vary the toppings. i buy a big container of greens or spinach at the beginning of the week and mix different things like carrots, onion, hard boiled eggs, cheese, avocado, fruits (whatever is in season - mangoes, apples are good), nuts, rasishes, etc. Then i make my own dressing with a splash of olive oil or avocado oil and some balsamic vinegar. When I'm really hungry I'll add a can of tuna or something like that.0

When I'm at home I get more variety, but if I have to pack a lunch for work, I usually go with one of these:
1. Chicken and sweet potato
2. Chicken and black beans
3. Tuna mixed with tomatoes and hummus with either a slice of wheat bread or wasa fiber crackers for dipping
4. Whole wheat wraps with hummus and some veggies or deli meat
I usually throw in some mixed nuts, a cheese stick, or some fruit or carrot sticks too0 -
1.hard boiled egg with mustard, tomato, mushroom, spinach
2. salad with all the regular stuff and cranberries, garlic, sunflower seeds, feta and lemon squeezed on it
3. avocado and egg with tomato
4. leftover dinner
5. protein bar (if I get stuck working through lunch booo)
6. occasionally i'll eat a peanut butter sandwich or otehr sandwich.. but I don't use deli meat usually.
