They have an olive loaf bread that I absolute love. Also, their pre-marinated salmon is pretty yummy too! I also indulge in dark chocolate from there. They have a great selection of quality chocolate bars :)

I am an avid coffee drinker as well. Can't go a day without my Nespresso in the morning! I also cut out sugar. At first I thought I couldn't drink it w/o then slowly I got used to it and now I even enjoy it! I drink my coffee with a 1/3 cup of 1% milk. I find that it gives me a great "latte" flavor without the fat of cream.

I gained most of my Freshman 15 eating the endless buffet of desserts in the dining halls. My only advice is... stay away! :) It's also really easy to stay active in college, with "free" gyms and intramural sports. Keep these options in mind, they may be great stress relievers too.

I really like the program! On week 5 right now. If you're going to run in a gym, it helps to download a C25K app so that you're not watching the seconds tick by on a treadmill :). I like them, especially the chipotle flavor but I can't get away from the feeling that I'm eating 'fake' cheese every time I have it. It's kind of like low-cal ice cream. I'd just rather have the real thing and plan for it, or exercise it off!

I would suggest finding ways to spend time with your friends away from a bar! If that is at all feasible among your group ;)

I had a salad as well, with red onions, yellow cherry tomatoes from Trader Joes and Kalamata Olives. I had a small piece of steak with it as well. Really enjoyed it. I think it's funny that I used to hate eating "cold food" for lunch, including salads. Now I love them :) I'd actually be OK eating a yummy flavorful salad…
