right after having my darling daughter, my husband sent me that photo. he could tell i was having a hard time with the weight gain and the postpartum. unfortunately, there isn't anything you can do to make them go away. so love them and allow them to be a part of who you are because they're not going anywhere.

My only suggestion would be to get out and do it. There are a few programs, like couch to 5k that gradually lead up to a full 5k, which I think would be to your benefit. I'm not able to run or jog a full 5k, but i've started this program and it's definitely brought up my stamina and my abilty to jog a lot longer than which…
