I do a cleanse every year to help re-Kickstart. Usually vegetable juice or master cleanse. Works for me

Push ups! as much as they suck...they work. Don't be discouraged if you can only do 1...just keep at it. My mom is 60+ and can do more puch ups than I can. I watched her increase slowly to 40+ push ups. Real ones not girly push ups!

Get them involved! My 7 and 12 year old work out with me. Count my sit ups, do insanity with me, and measure out my food. They want you healthy too!

I got rid of my pregnancy stretch marks ( that were purple) with a stratch mark cream the main ingredient was emu oil. You can feel them now but they are barely there. Also make sure to avoid the sun. They make all scars worse. Hope that helps.

Tofu lemon carrots and green bearn :) extra firm tofu cooked in spicy olive oil. (remove tofu) out in the pan shredded carrots with fresh lemon juice and a little soy sauce heat just for a min while stiring (really just to heat) then steam some cut green beans. Kale chips! Roll in olive oil mixed with cayenne pepper and salt. Bake on 250 for 25ish min. You can eat as many as you want. Kale is healthy and crunchy!

Get creative try new foods. I started making kale chips. rolling kale in olive oil sea salt and cayenne pepper. bake on 225 for 25ish min. taste great! All fruit smoothies are nice oj, strawberries, bananas (for sweetness), and rasberries is my fav. (you can add protein powder too)

I would be careful it sounds like you are mistaking being controling with caring...especially so early. Just my opinion. And the # doesn't matter. But I think a break in between might have been a good idea just to process everything that happened with the first guy. Good luck!

Do some research on stevia it's really bad for you. the calories would be healthier in the end if you must sweeten. :)

I usually indulge but just once eat some ben and jerrys for dinner and get back on it. If that is bread for you go for it but not every meal your whole cycle.

Just curious are you doing any ab workouts? The master cleanse was a great boost for me. For the last 10 you need to lose or the first it's great! on day 7 and down -11.2 so far.

Zig zag your calorie intake and have some days you eat a little more. Your body can also get used to your routine in other ways so maybe change your workout and of course make sure you are drinking LOTS of water. Hope this helps. Keep at it. Feel free to add me.

How much weight have you lost in the 20 days. I'm on day 5 and have already lost 9.2 lbs :)

Romaine and granny smith taste good. I haven't juiced with kale but if you are trying to add it into your diet you can bake it. Roll kale in a mixture of olive oil, small amount of sea salt, and cayenne pepper (good for digestion), bake on 275 for 25ish minutes. Taste wonderful.

I didn't look at your food log but think about eating healthy calories and not just counting. I agree with TOM and salt intake. Make sure you're also drinking enough water. You can lose just from that. Don't get discouraged. Looks like you have a lot of people on your side. Keep at it!
