Chest Exercises

Well, I've lost some weight...60 more lbs to go. Although I'm blessed with my chest, I'm probably going to lose some of that too. People are saying to do chest exercises to avoid sagging...lol...I'm DD now, probably going to be a C or D when I'm done...that's what I was back in the day.
What are some good routines? Thanks!

Push ups! as much as they suck...they work. Don't be discouraged if you can only do 1...just keep at it. My mom is 60+ and can do more puch ups than I can. I watched her increase slowly to 40+ push ups. Real ones not girly push ups!0

Lol...thanks for the advice. Practice makes perfect. :-)0 -
I love bench press. But since I don't have a spotter I go with dumbbells so I don't have to worry about dropping the bar on myself. I also like to change from decline to incline to flat from time to time because it works different parts of the muscles. . Honestly, I think it's a myth that chest exercises make a woman lose her boobs. I think that only happens when serious hormones are involved.0

I would follow a balanced, full-body program, like New Rules of Lifting, and just increase the number of chest sets by 1 or 2. Use heavy weight and keep the reps around 8 to 12. Do you have access to a gym?0

Bench Press, pushups, and dips.....as part of a balanced lifting program.
For every PUSH exercise you need a corresponding PULL to balance muscle development and avoid injuries.0 -
Push ups are great! Start off wall ones if you need and progress to half push ups then fulls.
There are also variations that you can try. Diamonds, Declines, Divebombers, Supermans, Spidermans etc
