    Stick with Jillian Michaels videos...she kicks your *kitten* but so worth it and you see results. Exercise alot, Drink TONS of water and change your lifestyle to eat better ;) Don't give up foods though...if you want them ...have them but work them into your allotted calories. Or find heathier ways to enjoy them by making small changes to them like turkey instead of beef, or egg whites instead of a whole egg, or brown rice instead of white rice . things like that.

    I was just saying to my friend how funny...in the first picture my feet are hanging out of them and in the other they look so slender! I guess even feet shrink hahaha

    You are very welcome! I just had the chance to see her in Lowell and she is such a motivational person. Of course now when I do her videos I feel like she is my bestie hahaha

    Honestly I dont have alot of loose skin besides what i call my under arm bingo flabber hahaha
