Genisoy is Soy, not whey. Whey is a component of milk (dairy). Is there are dietary reason you're using Soy protein. Soy is controversial and you could get twice the amount of protein for that same calorie count from other protein powders. In my personal experience, I used protein powder for a while as I bettered my diet…

Naked, Odwalla, Bolthouse, etc. are all expensive and you run the risk of tons of sodium or sugar depending on the brand/flavor. Much cheaper to just make your own.

Grind them up in smoothies, or other liquids. If it's a capsule, empty the contents in, don't grind up the shell. Also, it's pretty much impossible to get enough daily Omega 3 from fish oil with only two pills.

Most bottled drinks might as well be soda. Why not try making your fruit juice, vegetable juice, smoothies, ice cream, brew your own tea or coffee, etc. I would avoid stuff like Mio at all costs.

Criteria: 1) Must act their age. For example, a vampire who is 500 years old must be exponentially more intelligent, cultured, and mature than a normal human. 2) Must not have contrived, arbitrary reasons why they can't have sex. ... So yeah, that pretty much rules out everything.

I think most people who see results from a liquid diet see them because they are suddenly eating much healthier foods and have cut a massive number of calories. It has nothing to do with the fact that they are drinking instead of eating their food. You can easily eat a glass of vegetable juice or a fruit smoothie to your…

I would avoid it at all costs. Use Stevia, Xylitol, or Nectresse. They all taste different so you can try them out and see which agrees with you. I prefer Nectresse.

The possibility you're neglecting is that she was still happy, but wanted to sleep with someone else anyway.

I don't have requirements. It's a social network, I don't care if people want to be social on it. If someone is so annoying that I have to delete them (which has never happened), then I will.

Try Nectresse instead of Stevia. My current non-sugar, non-toxic sweetener of choice. Tastes a lot better than Stevia.

My milk progression: Whole->Skim->Skim Organic->Soy->Almond->Flax I haven't been using Flax Milk for long but I love it. I've never tried Coconut Milk or Rice Milk.

I'm 27 but I also love in NYC so that should be bonus points. Feel free to add me.

Feel free to add me, ask questions, check out my diary, etc.

I aim for 1g protein per pound, 25% calories from good fat, and the rest in carbs. So, not much left for carbs, which is a good thing.

Chia Seeds, Quinoa, Wegman's Super (Protein) Pasta, P28 Protein Bread, Greek Yogurt, Casein Protein Powder, Polenta, Bison/Elk/Ostrich, Spaghetti Squash, Sunchoke Pasta, Baked Sweet Potato Wedges, Cauliflower Crust Pizza, Balade Butter (reduced everything bad but still butter), Various new nuts like Brazil nuts, Edamame…

I write about technology for a living and first I would ask you, why are you buying it? Because if it's just for an E-reader, buy the new Kindle Paperwhite and save money. And this is coming from an Apple fanboy. If you want the full tablet experience, first ask yourself if you'd be better off getting an 11-inch Macbook…

Believe it or not the MFP number for iron is actually significantly LOWER than the standard medical recommendation.

Do you have an iPhone? Download the "Fooducate" app and use it to scan every single thing you buy. Takes all the guess work out for you. As for a typical day, I aim to eat my weight or more in grams of protein, which for me is 168, which is a lot, so it's something I have to actually think about accomplishing. I also aim…

A tremendous percentage of people who are losing weight are doing so to look good naked, whether to attract a mate or get a positive reaction from their significant other. What's more, the majority of these people have likely lacked confidence for a long time because of their appearance, and are thrilled to finally feel…

Fair warning, this thread will be a battle between organic evangelists and people who actually trust the FDA/Government/Corporations. Stevia has no known negatives. It's been consumed since the 13th century. In my opinion, Aspartame is in fact dangerous, and I would take the calories of regular soda over the toxicity of…

I personally feel that white bread is actually unhealthy, not just not a good diet choice. Especially the generic breads pumped full of chemicals. I've never met anyone who doesn't keep eggs in the fridge, and while I'm aware that it's not essential, I would never not do it. I stopped eating bread when I started dieting…

Eat about 500 calories more. Eat about 5x the protein. Find a healthier cereal or just avoid cereal. Try Almond milk or Flax milk instead of cow's milk. It's hard to say from just one day to look at though.
-
Yes, because I don't care enough not to. MFP is basically a social network, networking is the point. If someone is annoying me I'll unfriend them, but that's only happened one time.
-
Just posted the same thing in the Stevia thread like two seconds ago, but I use Stevia for most things and Nectresse in my coffee.
-
I use it for most things but unfortunately can't get used to it in coffee/espresso. I've started using Nectresse for my coffee needs.

You're not taking away from the quality of the great yogurt by not eating plain. The issue is how much added sugar there is.
