  • One thing I didn't see mentioned is sodium. If you are eating things high in sodium, your weight will go up. Stick with it, and try to eat more whole foods. That should help. Good luck!
  • I haven't tried it, but I'm curious about it myself. I'm doing the P90X program now, and I've completed Power 90 and Power 90 Master Series. He has great stuff!
  • I'm no expert here, but maybe 1200 calories isn't enough for you? I know this doesn't make sense, but if your body is feeling deprived and thinking it needs to hang on to what you have to prevent starving, you won't drop the weight.   • Spaghetti Squash is delicious, very low carb/calorie. You cut the squash in half (carefully, it's tough), then scoop out seeds. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until tender.
