I recently learned in a nutrition class that the RDA for protein in an average person is 0.8 grams per KILOGRAM and 1 to 1.5 grams per KILOGRAM for an athlete, so where is the 1 gram for every POUND coming from? Graduated with my ADN in May and back in classes for my BSN in 23 days. I lost weight through most of the program until the second to last semester when my husband and I separated and I gained 15 pounds. I yo-yo'd those pounds until right after graduation when I made exercising a priority. It can be rough, but I agree....…

Did W1D1 last night :) Decided to start at the beginning because the program I had previously been doing (had just started) was different and I figured I wanted to do this right! Going to do C25K MWF with some strength training on the off days.

I'm so glad to see this group!!!! I'm at 154 right now at 5' 5" and seem to be stuck here.
