In think we all need to keep remembering how we've done this before, so we CAN do it again!!! It's a mindset...eat reasonably, workout, get enough sleep, limit alcohol...repeat. It does work, and it's totally worth it!

I'm trying to remember to keep logging on the weekends, even if I'm not eating perfect. I also tend to spiral into more bad eating after a couple days of bad eating. I need to get back on track faster after my cheat meal/s. I'm truly motivated now!

Take a picture of the scale when you get there and keep the pic on your phone as motivation to stay in onederland. Worked for me!

Made a better choice this afternoon for my snack. Had an apple instead of potato chips. It's not my cheat day so I resisted. Plus my scale was down this morning, and I'd like to keep it that way.

I'm really bad when I start late night snacking. Lately I've just been going to bed early or eating enough at supper so I'm not hungry afterwards. It's helping, but I'm worried that if I have some wine I'll lose my motivation and indulge in some late night treats. I'm already planning lower cal options for my wine night.

Try to run a little bit 3-5 tines a week. Each week run further. You're going to sweat when you run, so be prepared to shower afterwards. Good luck!
