Wanting to lose 35 lbs and become a runner tips and motavation needed!

Hi everyone i really want to become a runner, be healthier, and loser weight. However I am terrible at running. Any good tips and motavation you can offer to a beginner?:)

    Try to run a little bit 3-5 tines a week. Each week run further. You're going to sweat when you run, so be prepared to shower afterwards. Good luck!

    Same here!!! I love the idea of running and wonder how people lose "100" of pounds by running :o but usually their advice is clean up your diet.
