Today was my rest day from hip hop abs!

I love to work out in the morning! Just seems its a good way to start my day. But this week I worked out a few times during the evening and I really had to push myself to finish? I have always been a morning person so that probably has a lot to do with it.

When I first started 5 weeks ago I lost about 7+ pounds...... Then didn't loose 2+ weeks..... Needless to say I got on the scale and I'm dropping again. Even though I wasn't loosing I continued to make healthier choices!

I'm starting the second week of hip hop abs.... I definitely feel it in my abs area! It lots of fun! I'm doing 60 days then going to rocking body and then back to insanity..... I started it last year but hurt myself and didn't finish.

I'm at 1200 calories.... But when I work out on some days I burn close to 600 calories.... Do you eat those calories back?

Im in! I do my own thing at times! I have hip hop absand insanity. I prefer hip hop abs I have so much fun and I burn a lot of calories. I also do pure cardio often with the hip hip abs. Sometime I burn about 900?

I am having a difficult time. I stay within my calories but some of my choice that I make like I reward myself with a gelatin or a smoothie from Wawa? I keep telling myself it makes no sense to exercise and monitor calories and still it bad. I know eating right is a major part. I just find it difficult to make better…
