30 Day Challenges

Is anybody else doing or done any of the '30 Day Challenges'?

I've just completed day 10 of the squat and ab challenge but I just wanted to know if anyone noticed results or is noticing results because I'm not yet and its making me start to lose motivation.

    I just finished the squat challenge! I loved it. I didnt notice any inches come off but my legs and butt feel so much tighter. Dont give up! :heart:

    I'm currently halfway through the Squat and Crunch Challenges. And I just started Pushup challenge.

    I am doing the squat, crunch and plank challenge, I have also added push up to it...would post the pic for it but I have no idea how to get photos on the forums lol ( currently on my 6th day)

    I am on day 8 of the squat challenge, my legs feel tightet, and I am starting the ab challenge tomorrow, sorry I am not much help, too early
