Ok...don't scratch...don't drink beer...not a man...HOWEVER, my daughters and I watched this and we cried...no, sobbed forever...well, it felt like forever. One even hid around the corner and peeked out at the TV. She couldn't watch but had too. It was sooo adorable. On a side note: LOVE this thread!

I don't really get the 'seeing someone' question as much as the 'when are you gonna start seeing someone'. (my family) Or (from men) 'why aren't you taken?' My answer is pretty much the same...have you seen the type of men that are my age? I know there are some good ones out there...but I haven't located many...

I just bought it and plan on doing it after I finish 30DS...I believe it said 3weeks level one and 3weeks level two.

I agree with the overall concensus...do the strength parts and skip the cardio. It runs pretty much some form of strength one day, some form of cardio the next.

I found that I had to stretch my calves for a bit after the workout and it helped a lot! Day three ... DONE! This is awesome ladies!

I got started a week ago...right before I found the group. It does it easier...but will still kick your butt. LOL. Stats: Height: 5'2" Starting Weight: 130.6 (As of today!) I was 133. Hips: 34" Waist: 30" I was 30.5 Arms: 12" Let's go girls! Woot Woot!!!

My knees and calves hurt. Upped my fish oil...it helps my knees. And made sure I stretched my calves more...since they really do not do that.

I won't mention 'plants'. However, I do that a supplement that has something to that effect...smack. I don't mind adding more than the 2 or 3 who messaged me... :happy: I have gotten a head start...does anyone else find that their calves are always sore...I think I need to stretch them better than what Jillian does.

I have to agree...the fast track days are harder for me. Also, anything under 5 carbs...does not count because it is not enough to affect your body. I don't remember which book explained that. And I did atkins too! However, I think BFC is a better and healthier way to go.
